Join Dirty South Volleyball at West Gwinnett Park in Norcross, Georgia, for a Reverse Coed Doubles Volleyball Tournament on September 6th, 2025!
What is Reverse Coed Doubles? Teams will consist of 1 male and 1 female player. Net will be set at women's height. Only women can hit and block at the net. A male player can attack the ball above the net if they take off from before the 10 ft. line. If the male player is in front of the 10 ft. line, the contact point must be below the height of the net.
**CASH AND MERCH PRIZES**
All divisions will have cash and/or merchandise prizes.
Regular registration runs through August 31st. Registration fee is $80 per team ($40/player).
Late registration begins September 1st. Late registration fee is $90 per team ($45/player).
Play will consist of round robin pool play to determine seeding. Playoffs will be single elimination bracket play.
Rules and other logistics:
1. Short court will be used in all divisions.
2. Wilson OPTX ball will be used in all divisions.
3. Finger action across the net is not allowed, except when blocking and jousting.
4. Open hand receives are not allowed on serve.
5. Open hand receives are allowed on first contact. If it is a free ball, the open hand receive must be clean.
7. Block is a touch.
8. Only women can hit and block at the net.
9. No substitutions!
Park will open at 8:15am. We will have a brief player's meeting at 9:00. Balls fly at 9:15am!
