We welcome people of all ages to join us for a night of free form expression to a live dj set.Schedule of events:
6:00 - 6:45 Guided warm up- intro to Contact improvisation
6:45 - 7:00 Opening circle
7:00 - 8:30 DJ SET by Dirty Grandpa
8:30 - 8:45 Sounding & closing circle

Contact improvisation warm up hosted by Nelle, We'll explore the concept of the "skinosphere" as a way to begin a relational dance and research how bodies move in response to gravity.
*we keep the dance floor silent to focus on presence, but we welcome you to share your experience in the closing circle. *
**The warmup is guided to help center your mind and body into the present moment while exploring playful movements. Feel free to use this as your time, all guidance is a suggestion you are welcome to come in and settle into the space however serves you best.**

As soon as you enter the space, you are invited to let go of judgements and expectations, and allow yourself to feel your emotions, sensations, body, mind, and spirit.
