About this Event

Enjoy dancing, having fun, and looking great? Come boogie with us!

We combine fun dance steps with resistance bands, light weights, and other simple add-ons for an AMAZING full-body workout that doesn't feel like working out. Our classes are great for women of all ages & levels of dance and workout experience.

Just wanna dance? Don’t worry about the workout add-ons. Just do whatever feels great!

We teach steps from various dance & music genres such as Salsa, Bachata, Merengue, Hip Hop, Dancehall, Soca, Samba, Cumbia, & Swing.

Our classes are women-only to create a comfortable & intimate safe haven for our ladies.
