Two Choices: 5 or 10 mile race.
The Mt. Airy Forest Ridge Run will have TWO separate races over different distances. There will be a two lap race (10.6) miles and a one-lap event(5.4 miles). Both events will start at 8:30 a.m. Each event will be scored separately and both events will count toward the Series points.
