About this Event
This Dirt Days' topic will focus on the rad reptiles of Florida. Gators, turtles, and snakes, OH MY!
Join the Florida Master Gardeners and Friends of the Parks as we learn about these fascinating cold-blooded creatures together.
This program will include a live reptile presentation, a tram tour of native reptile habbitats, and more!
To celebrate the end of our 2023-2024 Dirt Day Season, this day will also include a hot dog cook-out for all who sign-up.
Fun for the whole family!
Date & Time : Saturday, May 18th, 10:00am-12:00pm (Doors open at 9:30am and the program starts promptly at 10am.)
Location: This program will be held at the Polk's Nature Discovery Center Classroom. (See map for details.)
Tickets & Sign-Ups: Tickets and registration are required for this event. Tickets are free, but limited. Tickets are for child participants. Sales start, Monday, April 1st, at 12:00pm.
