This week Brooks will be joining us with a demo fleet of the all-new Ghost Trail. Merging the feel and ride of the Ghost - a perennial favorite - with a flexible outsole sporting 3mm lugs for grip on a variety of surfaces, this is a hybrid shoe that leans in on its trail capabilities.
Our weekly Sunday morning group run/hike on the Northshore Trail. Meet at the store and head to the trail for 3-8 miles, all paces welcome and encouraged! We will meet back at the store for conversation and refreshments afterwards.
*If the trails are closed we will adapt and make this a trail-vibes run on pavement instead.
