My modern calligraphy for beginners workshops are perfect, whether you're a hobbyist wanting to master a new creative skill or whether you want to use your skills for your wedding, cards and gifts or even homewares.
Over the two hour workshop you will learn the basics of modern calligraphy. We'll begin by setting up your pen and getting comfortable with making shapes before learning how to write in modern calligraphy style so you can leave with all the skills to continue practicing confidently at home.
You can be sure of a friendly welcome and lots of guidance and support.
Your workshop cost includes your drink and snack, as well as your calligraphy kit to use at the workshop and take home with you to continue practicing at home. All of the materials provided are the same quality as I use on a day to day basis and are carefully put together to make sure you have everything you need.
As we're working with ink if you book onto one of the dip pen workshops, it's recommended you wear dark colours just in case.
