Take the plunge and help shine the light on better mental health in Cornwall!
This World Mental Health Day on October 10th, we're challenging you to take a cold-water dip for Cornwall Mind!
Join us for a unique opportunity to swim under the stars at Jubilee Pool, Penzance for our Dip in the Dark event. Together, we’ll raise awareness, start conversations about mental health and help ensure no-one has to face difficulties alone.
Every participant will receive a fantastic goodie bag full of surprises - including some scented tealights kindly donated by St Eval and a discovery pinch pot set gifted by our major event sponsor, Cornish Sea Salt. There will also be special commemorative pin badge (thanks to Salty Swims CIC) as a thank you for making a difference.

Why take part?
You’ll be helping our fight for better mental health in Cornwall. With one in four people experiencing a mental health problem, the need for our services has never been greater. If you’d like to and are able to, we’d love you to seek sponsorship.
Thanks to the generosity of our amazing sponsor, Cornish Sea Salt, our top fundraisers will receive a full bundle of their products.

£50 – pays for someone to receive one-to-one support, helping them connect with others and feel less alone
