About this Event
Join us for a day of formation and fellowship, featuring keynote addresses and breakout sessions focused on all areas of formation. This conference is for all catechists, youth ministers, and faith formation leaders and volunteers in the Diocese of Tyler.
Únase a nosotros para un día de formación y convivencia, con charlas y sesiones enfocadas en diferentes areas de formacion. Esta conferencia está dirigida a todos los catequistas, líderes de pastoral juvenil, líderes de formación matrimonial, y todos los líderes y voluntarios que apoyan en programas de formación en la fe de la Diócesis de Tyler.
How to Register:
You will be able to select the language and breakout session you would like to attend when you register. Please review the schedule and breakout session topics below before beginning the registration process.
If you would prefer not to choose a breakout session right now, you can opt for “space available” and go where there is adequate space. We will try to accommodate all those registering for particular speakers. Space is limited in class rooms.
The breakout session are divided into different tracks, focusing on different areas of formation. The tracks can be identified by the following labels:
FF– Faith Formation
Y – Youth
CI – Christian Initiation (OCIA/RCIA)
FL – Family Life
S-Sacramental Formation
Cómo inscribirse:
Al inscribirte, podrás elegir el idioma y la sesión temática a la que deseas asistir. Te recomendamos revisar el horario y los temas de las sesiones antes de comenzar el registro.
Si en este momento no deseas seleccionar una sesión específica, puedes elegir la opción de “espacio disponible” y asistir a aquella donde haya cupo. Haremos lo posible por acomodar a quienes se inscriban para escuchar a ciertos expositores. Ten en cuenta que el espacio en los salones es limitado.
Las sesiones temáticas están organizadas en distintas áreas de formación, señaladas con las siguientes categorías:
- FF – Formación en la Fe
- Y – Pastoral Juvenil
- CI – Iniciación Cristiana (OCIA/RCIA)
- FL – Vida Familiar
- S – Formación Sacramental
Registration Fee:
Early Registration: $20 (April - June 30)
General Registration: $30 (July)
Online Registration closes July 27.

Registration will be in the school cafeteria. Lunch and Exhibitors will be in the Milam Joseph Center (Middle School Gym) on the West side of the Gorman campus.
Keynote addresses and Mass will be in the Sts. Peter and Paul Chapel on the East side of the Gorman campus.
Breakout sessions will be in the main school building.

La inscripción será en la cafetería de la escuela. El almuerzo y los expositores estarán en el Milam Joseph Center (Gimnasio de la Escuela Secundaria) en el lado oeste del campus Gorman.
Las Presentaciones principals y la misa serán en la Capilla de Santos Pedro y Pablo, en el lado este del campus Gorman.
Las sesiones temáticas se llevarán a cabo en el edificio principal de la escuela.
Morning Activities: Keynote Address and Breakout Sessions
Both the English and Spanish keynote addresses will be given by Adrián Herrera, Associate Director for the Office of Evangelization and Catechesis in the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston. You will register for the Keynote talk and your first breakout session together.

Tanto la conferencia magistral en inglés como en español serán impartidas por Adrián Herrera, Subdirector de la Oficina de Evangelización y Catequesis en la Arquidiócesis de Galveston-Houston. Te registrarás para la conferencia magistral y tu primera sesión paralela juntos.
