As one of the foremost Dean Martin Tribute Artists in the industry, Steve captures all the mannerisms, the voice, the charm, the silly playfulness and the incredible warmth of the man. What really sets him apart from the rest is his effortless comedic timing and his ability to portray the actual "essence" of the King of Cool. That, and he actually sings the Italian verses! Close your eyes, and you'll almost swear it was Dino singing all his hits. Open your eyes, and you won't believe how much fun you'll have watching this entertainer create the illusion of one of our most beloved entertainment icons. For many, the songs of Neil Diamond are like the soundtrack of their lives, and no one sings Neil like Steve Waddington! He has the same rich tone that captures the dramatic phrasing in the smoother, introspective passages, the authoritative grit in the more passionate, rocking stages, and he interprets and delivers the lyrics with a similar dynamic drive and yearning...truly, the "feel of Neil"!
At 6'5" tall and slender, dressed in all black, with that long black coat, dark hair piled high and a black acoustic guitar slung over his shoulder, he's the definitive image of Johnny Cash. And when he steps to the mic to sing, that deep baritone voice leaves no doubt...this is as close as it's ever going to get to the real thing.
Joining Steve at this performance will be Susan Ritter, making her return after a years-long absence; and choosing Sunland Vintage Winery Tasting Room for her comeback gig!!
Susan Ritter is a singer/guitarist/performer who brings years of experience in theatrical productions, stage shows, tribute shows and more. Originally from Ohio, she has performed as part of a "legends" tribute show, or on her own, all over the country, and headlined her own shows in Las Vegas. Her tributes include Ann-Margret, Bonnie Raitt, Irish Rockabilly Queen Imelda May, Cher, Wanda Jackson, June Carter Cash, Amy Winehouse and more.
This show will also feature a tribute to the late Elvis Pressly, marking the 49th anniversary of his death.
This is a “can’t miss” show, with only 70 tickets available. This in-person event will take place at Sunland Vintage Winery, 1321 East Thousand Oaks Boulevard, 108, Thousand Oaks.
