Dinners With Friends – Wednesday, 15th April - Rendezvous, Exeter

Rendezvous is an award-winning independent wine bar and restaurant located in Exeter’s leafy Southernhay Quarter. Established in 2006, it has long been a favourite among wine lovers and food enthusiasts alike, offering seasonal menus built around fresh, locally sourced West Country produce and an extensive wine list with something for every palate.

Led by Chef Tim Andrews and supported by Jemma and her welcoming team, Rendezvous is known for its homemade quality and relaxed hospitality. Tucked away in the basement of a listed building, the cosy bar and restaurant — with its low beams and exposed brick — provides a charming hideaway in the cooler months.

Although it's the food brings guests of age, some are business owners, some are retired, others are working professionals. Ages vary, backgrounds differ, but everyone has a story worth sharing.

Most who join us are open, curious, and friendly - often well educated, sometimes well travelled, single or partnered. They come not just for the meal, but for the laughter, the conversations, and the chance to meet someone new.

You might leave with a new friend, a future travel companion, or simply the warmth of having shared time with good company.

Dinners With Friends Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued:

If the event is cancelled (or not fully performed) or postponed to more than 90 days after the original date.

If the event description presented to the consumer at the time of purchase is significantly different from the actual event.

If access cannot be granted to the Consumer due to capacity, safety issues, or venue issues. In circumstances where the consumer has special access or dietary needs (e.g. ramp, lift, hoist etc.), it is up to the consumer to check suitability with the venue before booking.

Ticket transfers to a new date are limited to a maximum of two occasions in each 6 month period, and must be used or are forfeited within six months of the original booking date. Tickets may be passed on to another guests who will attend instead of you.
