Dinner will be prepared by Chef Tracey Couillard. After 20 years of service in the Army National Guard, she pursued her passion for cooking, attending culinary school and honing her skills in various Indianapolis kitchens. Now, in 2024, she’s carving a new path by starting her own company, 317 Pasta.
