SATURDAY NIGHT DINNER, WINE & PIANO!!Saturday, October 12th from 4 – 7pm kicks off our Dinner, Wine & Piano nights with esteemed pianist, Sherman Applegate.
Sherman will be playing a mix of light, classically influenced romantic piano, soundtrack themes. Hear songs like the Beatles Long and Winding Road, Cat Steven’s Father and Son, John Lennon’s Imagine and other pop music to enjoy the evening.
From 4 – 5pm we will start with Robust Caramelized Onion Focaccia Bread.
At 5pm we will begin serving the following 3 Course Plated Dinner:
1st Course– Fresh and Crisp Wedge Salad with savory Roquefort Crumbles, Smokey Candied Walnuts and light & refreshing Craisins.
2nd Course- Butternut Squash Ravioli with Garlic Sage Parmesan Cream.
3rd Course- Estate Brandy Banane Flambe. Estate made Brandy, Organic Banana, Brown Sugar Syrup and Madagascar Vanilla Bean Ice Cream.
