This private, ticketed event blends luxury picnic culture with elevated community gathering, all in support of a meaningful local nonprofit initiative.

Dinner in White is a thoughtfully curated outdoor dining experience where guests transform a shared greenspace into a visually stunning evening of all-white tablescapes, fashion, food, & celebration.

A majority of proceeds directly benefit Prepare HER Now, supporting programs dedicated to preparing girls ages 8-18 for womanhood & equipping caregivers with supportive resources.

To preserve the elevated aesthetic of Dinner in White, all guests are required to follow event standards.

• White attire required
• White tablescape décor required
• Real dinnerware, glassware, flatware, & cloth napkins required
• Guests must bring their own tables, chairs, food, drinks, décor, & ice (rental tables, chairs, & tablecloth available at ticket checkout)
• Guests must remove all trash & belongings upon exit

• Plastic plates, cups, or cutlery
• Paper products
• Open flames
• Onsite cooking
• Excessive noise or speakers
• Large visible storage items during dinner

• Non-alcoholic beverages permitted
• One bottle of wine permitted per two guests ages 21+
• IDs may be checked at entry

A luxury picnic atmostphere, curated live entertainment, coastal sunset setting, photo opportunities, elevated date night energy, community centered experience, & a limited capacity event.

Info: Guests will arrive, check in, receive their sparklers, & be directed to their designated setup area. This time is reserved for unloading, arranging tables, styling décor, & preparing food service. All tables, chairs, décor, & place settings must be fully set up by 7pm. All carts, coolers, totes, wagons, & storage containers must be returned to vehicles before the event officially begins. Event representatives will be available to answer questions & assist with guest navigation.

Info: All guests should be seated & ready to dine at this time. Live entertainment will begin, creating the perfect backdrop for an elegant evening of dining, conversation, & community. Guests are encouraged to enjoy their meals, connect with fellow attendees, & take in the beautiful all-white atmosphere. This portion of the evening is intended to be relaxed, elegant, & enjoyable for all guests

Info: Guests will gather for the signature Dinner in White photo-op. Event representatives will make an announcement & provide instructions to ensure a coordinated experience for everyone participating.

Info: Following the photo-op, guests may begin breaking down their tablescape & packing all belongings. Guests are responsible for removing all décor, packing all dinnerware & glassware, collecting all trash, & returning the space to its original condition. Please bring totes or bins for transporting used dishes & serving pieces. All breakdown, cleanup, & load-out activities must be completed by 9:30pm. Leave only footprints. Take home every memory!

Info: Live entertainment will end at 9pm as the event transitions into final cleanup & departure. Guests should continue packing & preparing for exit while remaining mindful of other attendees & venue property.
