While running from the police, punk rocker Simon (Kyle Gallner) becomes entangled with Patty (Emily Skeggs), an eccentric unknowingly obsessed with him and his punk band. They embark on an unexpected and epic journey together through the decaying Midwest suburbs, causing chaos and falling in love along the way.
