We're bringing together two of the loveliest, most knowledgeable ladies in the Redlands - Kerry from Mortgage Choice Alex Hills and Samara from MacWell Property - for a relaxed, judgment-free evening where we just… talk about it. No jargon. No sales pitch. Just a really honest, supportive conversation about money and mortgages and how it all fits into real mum life.
Kerry will lead the conversation and cover things like:
* How lenders actually look at maternity leave, part-time work and return-to-work arrangements - because this catches so many mums off guard
* How to do a proper health check on your home loan (and whether you're actually using your offset account the right way)
* Refinancing — when it's actually worth it, and what keeps people stuck in a mortgage they've outgrown

Here's what we do to ensure you feel as comfortable as possible at Social Mums Club Events…
- We tend to keep our events small - so you don't have to walk into a big group
- We have really clear signage, and the host wears a bright pink t-shirt so you can easily spot us - you don't have to worry that you might be in the wrong place or with the wrong group
- Our events are never cliquey - the ladies at the event are usually meeting for the very first time, so you will not be the only person who doesn't know anyone
- You can come early - we know the hardest part about turning up to an event is walking in. We invite anyone who is anxious to reach out to the host and turn up 15 minutes early so you are the first one there. You can sit next to the host too.
- We ensure you feel included - another fear is that nobody will talk to you or you'll feel awkward or different. Our hosts are experts at making every attendee feel welcome and included. You will feel at ease with us.
