1st Course
Baby greens with toasted almonds, strawberries and goat cheese
2nd Course
Sweet potato gnocchi with brown butter, sage and toasted pecans
3rd Course
Red wine and garlic braised short ribs with parsnip and potato purée and green beans
OR
The vegetarian entrée - Mushrooms Bourgogne with parsnip and potato purée and green beans
Dessert
Flourless chocolate torte with crème anglais, fresh raspberries and homemade vanilla bean ice cream
