I would like to thank those of you who came out Saturday and supported the Vendors at the Oak Leaf Festival's 2nd Annual Spring Fling Craft Show. We had a successful event and it was because of those of you that support the Oak Leaf Festival. Again, thank you.
I would also like to thank the Vendors that came out. We couldn't have the Craft Show without you.
Also, we are always trying to find ways to raise money to make our Oak Leaf Festival (which will begin on Tuesday, August 26 through Sunday, August 31) a memorable event for families. It takes a lot of time and money to operate the Festival.
We have several fundraisers on the horizon. Our next one is on Monday evening, May 12th at El Bandido's. Come out and have dinner that evening from 4:00 p.m. to closing. They are going to give us a percentage of the register. A big THANK YOU to El Bandido's for supporting our community event.
BINGO - The next event will be on Saturday, June 7th, at the American Legion, 205 Maple Avenue, Fayetteville, WV. We will be hosting a BINGO. BINGO card tickets will be sold starting on May 1, 2025. I will announce location of ticket sales and more details in the next few weeks.
Again, thank for your support of our Festival. It means a lot to our Committee and to me personally.
