First Course: Rosé with Summer Panzanella Salad or Gazpacho
Second Course: Cabernet Sauvignon with Pistachio-Encrusted Halibut or Ribeye with Mushroom Cream Sauce
Third Course: Zinfandel with Tiramisu or Panna Cotta
