Back by popular demand! Due to how quickly the first night sold out, and the long wait list, we'll be honoring the godfather of the food industry, Anthony Bourdain, once again. Join us for a viewing of Roadrunner, a documentary about Bourdain, and his career as a chef, writer, and host, who was, and is, revered and renowned for his authentic approach to food, culture and travel.To accompany the film, Chef Billy Wood has put together a 5-course menu inspired by Bourdain's travels through Asia:
First Course: Pho Beef Roll
Ginger-marinated beef, rice noodles, cucumber, coriander, basil, and sweet lemon-chili sauce
Second Course: Do Chua Salad
Daikon radish, carrot, bean sprouts, fresh herbs, nouc mam cham sauce
Third Course: Thai Lamb Ramen
Thai-braised lamb neck, lemongrass-infused lamb broth, oyster mushrooms, curry pickled egg
Fourth Course: Pork Katsu Curry
Breaded pork cutlet, house-made dashi, curry roux, steamed rice
Fifth Course: Thai Tea Creme Brulee
Thai tea-infused cream, burnt honey-sugar, black lemon tuile
