5th Annual Dink for the Cure Pickleball Tournament benefiting the Arthritis Foundation.Come enjoy a FANTASTIC DAY of competitive play. The tournament will be full of sponsors, food trucks, raffles, fun competition and comradery for a GREAT CAUSE!
This year we will NOT be sending results to DUPR so relax, take some chances, play with some new people and enjoy a fun two days of pickleball!
We are so excited to partner with FIT Pickleball Fitness Center for this event.
We will have a total of 16 courts (8 permanent courts with 8 temporary courts).
Players are able to play up to 3 events, the hybrid wheelchair event, mixed and women's or men's doubles.
Registration will be by your DUPR rating at the time of registration. We will, however. do an update of ratings March 30th and anyone who has moved up in rating will automatically be moved to the appropriate bracket.
The event format will depend on number of registrations in brackets.
All brackets will be round robin format. Depending on the bracket size games will be 1 to 11 win by 2 OR 1 to 15 win by 2.
Brackets of 10 or more will be split into pools and the top two teams from each pool will go on to gold/silver/bronze matches. The 1st place Pool Standing teams will play a Gold/Silver Match and the 2nd place Pool Standing Teams will play a Bronze Match.
We reserve the right to combine brackets and change formats depending on how many teams we have registered to bring the best competitive play.
Tournament Director reserves the right to refuse service at anytime.
