Dining with Diabetes is a cooking school and nutrition education program designed for people with prediabetes, diabetes, their family members and caregivers, or anyone looking to make a healthy change in their diet! Presented by Alisha Barton of the Ohio State University Extension, Miami County. For adults.
This series of four classes will help you learn healthy techniques to manage diabetes and tips to use in your kitchen.
