Four consecutive classes are held with a three-month follow-up. (September 16, 23, 29, October 7 and Jan 6)
Each class offers discussions regarding vital information to help you manage your diabetes, food demonstrations, and physical activity suggestions. In addition to program booklets, participants will receive the Dining with Diabetes cookbook and course handouts.
Cost is $39 per person with 75% off for those enrolled in SNAP, Medicaid, Medicare, free/reduced lunch.
