🍎 Dining with Diabetes (DWD)
Learn practical tips for meal planning, cooking, and living well with diabetes.
📅 Dates: Sept. 10, 17, 24 & Oct. 1 | 5–7 p.m.
💙 Be Heart Smart (BHS)
Understand your risk factors, manage blood pressure, and build a heart-healthy lifestyle.
📅 Dates: Oct. 8, 15, 22 & 29 | 5–7 p.m.

📌 Attendance is mandatory. Incentives will be provided for those who attend all sessions.
