On Thursday, April 23, join Chicago’s restaurant community to ensure people affected by HIV can access essential services. Dine at a participating restaurant on April 23 and a portion of your bill will be donated to Vivent Health + TPAN. If you can’t go out to eat, you can also order takeout, purchase a gift card, or make a donation to Vivent Health + TPAN!For over 35 years, we have delivered programs and services to people living with HIV. As a community health and wellness organization, our programs include mental health, substance abuse treatment, HIV testing, a syringe exchange program, and a drop-in center for LGBTQ+ youth. Vivent Health + TPAN uses an integrated, personalized approach to care. We provide a comprehensive array of services and programs—whether delivered within our health centers or in collaboration with community partners. Our care model is so effective that 95% of the people served by Vivent Health have achieved viral suppression, far above the national average of 81%.
