Viva la Vida: Mobile Sculptures

Adults ages 55+ are invited to join us for an immersive experience in the galleries, followed by an art-making activity. This month, we will highlight Ana Teresa Fernández’s solo exhibition Under Pressure. In this workshop, we will reflect on the artist's visual calls to action to recognize global climate change. Then, participants will create their own unique mobile sculptures using colorful transparencies.

Los adultos mayores de 55 años están invitados a unirse a nosotros para una experiencia inmersiva en las galerías, seguida de una actividad artística. Este mes, destacaremos la exposición individual de Ana Teresa Fernández, titulada Under Pressure. En este taller, reflexionaremos sobre los mensajes visuales de la artista que nos invitan a tomar conciencia del cambio climático global. Posteriormente, los participantes crearán sus propias esculturas móviles utilizando transparencias de colores.
