Skip the Valentine's Day crowd and join us the Saturday after Valentine's Day for our 10th Anniversary of Dining in the Dark! Bring your loved ones, friends, coworkers and enjoy a three-course meal while wearing blindfolds. Live music, mystery boxes, silent auction, and food and drinks exclusively crafted by chefs at Indulgence Catering await you! Guests are encouraged to wear a blindfold or vision impairment simulation glasses to bring awareness to those who are blind or have low-vision in West Texas. Bid at the silent auction, grab a mystery key to unlock prizes, and enjoy a special night benefitting The Recording Library of West Texas. The Recording Library provides audio to those with visual, physical, or learning impairments.

We named the different ticket levels after our radio station programs! The Recording Library has a 24 hour radio station with programs like The Blind Handyman, which teaches blind and low-vision adults how to use powertools. Cooking In The Dark which has blind and low-vison friendly recipes. Texas History Hour airs audiobooks related to the history of Texas. loacl and state news, grocery ads, and audio described movies also air on our station! We named the individual tickets "The Book Was Better" because every book worm knows that's a true statement!
