Dining in the Dark 2026

Dining in the Dark is a unique dining experience where guests are served a three course meal in complete darkness. The concept of this experience is to have guests immerse themselves in an environment in which they rely solely on their other senses, especially taste and smell to enjoy the meal. This experience involves a distinct selection of culinary choices presented without any visual stimulus, and guests are challenged to identify the dish while savoring the flavors and textures of each course.
Cocktail hour starts at 6:00 pm. We will have an opportunity to try out braille and using a cane while browsing the amazing auction items. We have added a few new opportunities this year! The SWAT Team will join us with their night vision goggles.
