For over 12 years, Dingle istillery has been hard at work, Producing, Refining and Redefining Irish Whiskey. With a wide range of Premium Casks sourced from all over the world at their disposal, Dingle continues to create complex flavours, rich and vivid in character.
Joining us on June 20th, is the one and only Dave Cummins of Dingle Distillery. Beardy Dave as the industry has come to know him, brings with him a collection of Dingle's Celtic Wheel of the Year Series Whiskies. Whiskies that have helped further establish Dingle Distillery as the versatile and qaulitiy driven Whiskey producer many have come to know.
Some of these spirits are no longer as accessible as they once were, offering a look at liquids that were so good, they were instantly snatched up by tipplers, enthusiasts & collectors alike.
