To celebrate the centenary year of Dublin-born composer Charles Villiers Stanford, 4 in a Bar presents a Pipeworks Festival concert which will include some of the composer's finest works for small choral ensemble. In addition, we present our newest work, one we commissioned with funding from the Arts Council: 'On Rhythm' by Rhona Clarke - a setting of selected texts by Stanford, guidelines to his many illustrious students.
