who's cooking?
Ankita is a culinary enthusiast whose journey is deeply rooted in her Indian heritage, where food is a language of culture, balance, and intuition. Growing up surrounded by bold spices, seasonal ingredients, and traditional pairings shaped her natural understanding of flavor harmony and ingredient synergy. This foundation continues to influence her cooking style, allowing her to create dishes that are both soulful and technically refined.
Professionally trained as a pizza chef and pastry chef, Ankita further specialised in plant based nutrition at Le Cordon Bleu, where classical techniques met modern, health forward culinary thinking. Her approach blends craftsmanship with purpose— presenting food that is indulgent yet nourishing. She was selected through the South East London heat, earning the opportunity to participate in Pizza Chef of the Year 2013, a milestone that challenged and refined her skills under pressure.
Having lived in India, Singapore, China, Canada, and the UK, she has developed a strong appreciation for local cuisines, seasonal produce, and regional food traditions. As a certified holistic nutrition consultant from CSNN Canada, Ankita presents her cooking through the lens of nutrition, thoughtfully combining ingredients that nourish the body while delivering depth of flavor.
Global experiences enables her to adapt her cooking and nutritional guidance to different climates, cultures, and ingredient availability. Her work celebrates food as both an art and a pathway to mindful, balanced living. Specialities: Indian, vegan, seasonal, microbiotic, holistic, gut friendly and multicultural foods.
Join us for a night of delicious, nutritious food made with heart and purpose — and be part of a growing movement that celebrates creativity, community, and the joy of cooking together.
