Experience an unforgettable evening among the vines during harvest season at Carboy Winery. Join us for a five-course culinary journey, expertly paired with five of Carboy’s finest wines. Your ticket also includes a welcome pour, passed appetizers, and gratuity for our dedicated team—every detail curated for effortless indulgence.

Chef Scott Hybbaneth will craft each course from the season’s freshest, locally sourced ingredients. The full menu will be revealed a month ahead, ensuring every dish highlights the pinnacle of seasonal flavors.

Please note, we do not allow refunds for this event due to the need to appropriately source food. This is event is for guests 21+ only. If you do request to bring a child, we allow well behaved children who can sit quietly and enjoy an adult dinner - we do not offer discounts for those who are not consuming alcohol. We can accomodate certain dietary restrictions only if those reuests are submitted two weeks ahead of the event. We cannot make menu changes or accomodate dietary restrictions when notified the day of the event.
