An Evening Of Dining In The DarkOur Dining In The Dark is a sensory experience that awakens your senses and enables you to completely re-evaluate your perception of taste and smell
You will arrive at the bar before your booking and welcomed by The Inn At Belfairs Team. Enjoy a complimentary Bellini before your experience in the dark 😬
Once you’ve finished your drinks we will then give you a blindfold and escort you through our black out curtains and into a whole other world. We will be using black out stage curtains to darken the restaurant so with the added extra of a blind fold you will be completely in the dark 🙀
You will chose in advance your dining courses, the options are as followed Meat, Fish, Vegetarian or Chefs Choice, you will not be told what dish it is.
For example if you opt for the Fish, your starter and main course will be fish based and then your dessert will be a surprise.
This is where the fun begins and your imagination and senses will kick in.
The reason behind not telling you what your eating, is so you use your taste and smell to work out what was on your plate.
At the end of your experience we will escort you out and back to the bar, where you can let us know what you thought you had. Let’s see if your senses were on point....
