Make, roll, fill and fold to create these sumptuous little 'touches of heart'. Dim Sum made from scratch - a satisfying process with delicious results.

• Pork potsticker dumplings
• Chicken siu mai
• Prawn and chive wontons
• Sesame prawn toasts

From the kitchen:

• Smacked cucumbers

Class Size: Maximum 20. There will be a blend of working individually and in pairs to ensure you get the most out of your course with us. Don't worry if you book alone, we'll make sure you have someone to share the workload with.

What's Included:
