Come join us and explore new displays, new research and the jail that Dillinger found a way to escape from. Make your way through the jail from the small cell Dillinger was kept in through the guard walks of the jail right out the kitchen door ! Follow his footsteps to the garage where he stole his getaway car, and then take a picture with the car! Speakers will paint a picture for you what was really happening in the Gangster Era with the most hardened criminals, some of who were behind the bars of our jail ! Because of space limitations in the jail, there are tickets for morning tours and tickets for afternoon tours.
