Digital Literacy and Wellness Program for Seniors (55+)

In collaboration with the Catholic Cross-Cultural’s Golden Agers Club, Heart Comonos welcomes you to join our Digital Literacy and Wellness Program for Seniors (55+)!

This program focuses on teaching seniors how to use digital devices and online tools safely and effectively in their everyday lives.

The workshop will include:

• A clear explanation of why the topic is important
• Step-by-step, hands-on demonstrations
• Multilingual support when needed
• Printed handouts and visual learning materials
• A supportive environment suitable for learners of all levels

About our Facilitator

Aminah Haniff is a Project Worker with the Golden Agers Program at Catholic Crosscultural Services at the Brampton location. She is passionate about applying a holistic approach to wellness, building autonomy, and supporting healthier aging among adults and seniors. Aminah creates inclusive, community-based programs that reduce social isolation, promote wellness, and improve access to meaningful supports and resources through one-on-one care.
