Digital Detox with arts and crafts

An evening away from the everyday screen time we have become reliant on. All sessions start with a mini meditation to help unwind as we spend the evening doing guided and free range arts and crafts and activities to remind you what to re-prioritise in your daily life. This session will include a range of activities to choose from to complete either alone or with a friend (or even better, make a new one!) Sessions will include a starter guide for you to take home to help review your current practices surrounding digital detox and weekly check-ins to bring you back to your natural childlike creativity. Activities include:

- Candle painting

- DIY Aromatherapy sachets

- Vision boards

You may choose one or multiple activities if time allows it.
