We will walk through various activities curated to release accumulated energy both digitally and internally. Think of this 3-part series as a gentle purge to get you rolling in the right direction.

• Come open and focused with undivided attention.

• Bring lawn chair, blankets, pillows, lap table, and other things to allow you to be comfortable. The event is outside on a beautiful lawn with a canopy. Official seating is limited. In the event of inclement weather we will transition to the indoor space.
