Let's sit back (or lay back) and let the sound do it's magic. Mats and bolsters will be provided. The didgeridoo is believe to be the world’s oldest wind instrument dating back to at least 1500 years ago, though some do believe older. the low-frequency sounds produced by the instrument are used to induce states of deep relaxation and promote energetic balance within the body. Unlike many instruments, the didgeridoo creates a complex drone with rich overtones.
