P&T Knitwear is pleased to welcome Diane Josefowicz to celebrate and discuss her new book ; a scintillating, wickedly intricate locked-room mystery following an unconventional woman who makes miniatures of M**der scenes and finds herself entangled in a real one when the client of her dream job turns up dead.
Diane will be joined in conversation by Jaclyn Gilbert, author of . Along with a discussion and audience Q&A, Diane will also sign copies of her book.
Doors open at 6:30pm with the talk starting closer to 7pm. Come early and grab a drink from the P&T Cafe!
Both tickets and books are available on eventbrite and at the door.
ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Diane Josefowicz is the author of Guardians & Saints: Stories, L’Air du Temps (1985), and Ready, Set, Oh: A Novel. She is also the author, with Jed Z. Buchwald, of two histories of Egyptology: The Zodiac of Paris and The Riddle of the Rosetta. She serves as managing editor of the Victorian Web, the internet’s oldest and largest website devoted to Victoriana. A graduate of Brown University, she holds a PhD in History of Science from MIT and an MFA in fiction from Columbia University. She lives in Providence, Rhode Island. ABOUT THE MODERATOR
Jaclyn Gilbert grew up running along the Amish countryside in Lancaster County. She is the author of the novel Late Air, and her short stories, essays, and reviews appeared in , , , Long Reads, and elsewhere. She has held fellowships from the Vermont Studio Center and Byrdcliffe Guild in Woodstock, NY. In 2021, she founded Driftless Literary, a boutique literary agency committed to representing genre-defying literature in the U.S. and abroad.
