Catch Diane Durrett & Soul Suga’ Friday, May 29, from 7–9 PM in the heart of Stone Mountain Village - 2nd St & East Mountain - thanks to the awesome crew at Outrun Brewing Company. They’re opening their space, staff, and hearts to keep the Tunes By the Tracks fires burning.
Internationally acclaimed singer, songwriter, and producer Diane Durrett brings powerhouse soul, southern grit, sharp wit, and a velvet-smooth voice to every stage. Her 2022 album Put A Lid On It climbed to #2 on the Soul Blues International Roots Music Chart, praised for its passion, groove, and fearless spontaneity.
Durrett has shared stages with Gregg Allman and Chuck Leavell, while opening for legends including Tina Turner, Koko Taylor, Delbert McClinton, and Derek Trucks.
In 2024, Durrett was elected President of the Recording Academy Atlanta Chapter and continues leading the Atlanta Women in Blues showcase — a fitting role for an artist who’s spent decades lifting stages, songs, and fellow musicians alike.
We’re thrilled to welcome Diane Durrett & Soul Suga’ to the SMV for Tunes By the Tracks. Without a doubt, Atlanta’s own blue-eyed soulstress and her band will raise the “Village” roof in true soul fashion!
The concert is free and the music goes on “come rain or come shine” (weather safety permitting)
