The Portand (OR) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated and the White Rose Educational Foundation are pleased to invite you to a night of glitz and glam at the Crowne Plaza Portland-Downtown Convention Center.
The return of this annual gala provides the perfect opportunity to put on your best denim and add a touch of sparkle with your favorite diamonds.
