This year marks 25 years of Diablo Barbell — a gym built on the grit, chalk, and iron of powerlifting, and grown into a home for recreational lifters who want more than just a workout.
What started as a hardcore powerlifting gym has evolved into a community of people chasing strength, confidence, and progress—no matter where they’re starting from. And that’s worth celebrating.

Bring a dish to share(macro nutrient information would be helpful), some stories, and your love for the iron. We’ll bring the music, the memories, and the community.
Whether you pulled your first deadlift here, trained for an event/meet, or just wanted a gym that expects more from you—this place exists because of you.
