Join us for a FREE Diabetes Support Group for individuals with diabetes or prediabetes, as well as support persons.
📆Meetings will take place the 2nd Thursday or each month, with the first meeting being November 12th.
(subsequent meetings: December 10, January 14, February 11, March 11, April 8 & May 13)
