*Spanish-Speaking* Seniors! Are you looking for Diabetes education to learn health eating, meal planning, techniques to deal with blood sugar, manage emotions, and more?

Join us at Well 65+ for this six-week workshop that takes place once a week for 2½ hours and is facilitated by two trained leaders developed by Stanford University’s Patient Education Research Center.

Participants include adults who have type 2 diabetes, their family members, friends and caregivers.

This workshop teaches the skills needed in the day-to-day management of diabetes to maintain and/or increase life’s activities. The curriculum includes self-managed behavior modification and coping strategies to enable participants to manage their diabetes, medications and increase physical activity levels.
