FREE Preview Session!Join us on Monday, September 29th, 2025, from 1:00 to 1:45 p.m. in GCMH’s Education Room.
Begin this year by investing in your health. One of three adult Iowans has prediabetes or is at risk for developing type 2 diabetes and the statistics are no different for our community. At the FREE preview session, you will learn what prediabetes is and what you can do about it, experience what a program session is like, see a sample class schedule and hear a former class member’s testimonial.
A doctor’s referral is not required for the Diabetes Prevention Program. Registration for the FREE preview session is requested.
