About this Event

The Diabetes Cook Along Series, presented by Utah State University Extension, includes five classes on Tuesdays (February 18, 25, and March 4, 11, 18) at 6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. and will be held at the Southwest Utah Public Health Department (620 South 400 East, St George). Each class will discuss a different aspect of healthy, diabetes-friendly eating as we learn to cook a diabetes-appropriate meal.

Participants will receive a meal during class, a diabetes cookbook, and a chance to win door prizes.
