Tervetuloa kokemaan maanantai-illan rauha Yin & Sauna -tapahtumassa upeassa Villa Wuoriossa! Aloita viikkosi nauttimalla parantavasta energiasta, henkeäsalpaavan kauniissa merellisessä ympäristössä Villa Wuoriossa.
Kaiken aktiivisen menemisen keskellä on tärkeää muistaa levon merkitys, ja siksi tuon sinulle tilaisuuden rentoutua ja ladata akkuja tulevaa viikkoa varten. Ilta sisältää 90 minuutin Yin-joogaharjoituksen joka sopii kaiken tasoisille joogamielisille. Tämän lisäksi voit nauttia 1,5 tunnin saunomisesta ja virkistävästä merikylvystä Villa Wuorion upeassa rantasaunassa.
Yin-jooga maksaa 30 euroa (2 x käynti kanttiskortista) ja sauna 15 euroa (maksu suoritetaan erikseen Villa Wuorion vastaanottoon ja saunojia pitää olla minimissä 6)
Maksuvälineenä käy kortti, käteinen ja MobilePay.
Peruutukset edellisenä iltana, klo 21.00 mennessä. Mikäli peruutat varauksen myöhemmin kuin 21 tuntia ennen tapahtuman alkua, laskutamme tapahtuman hinnan kokonaisuudessaan.

Pue päälle joogaan mukavat vaatteet ja villasukat. Ota mukaan uikkarit ja pyyhe, ja valmistaudu päästämään irti arjen kiireestä ja stressistä. Paikanpäältä löytyvät joogamatot ja muu tarpeellinen välineistö.

Welcome to experience the peace of Monday evening at the Yin & Sauns event in the magnificent Villa Wuorio! Start your week by enjoying a healing energu in the seaside surroundings of Villa Wuorio.
In the midst of all the active going, it is important to remember the significance of rest, and that is why I offer you the opportunity to relax and recharge for the coming week. The evening includes a 90-minute Yin yoga session, that is suitable for all levels. In addition, you can enjoy 1.5 hours of sauna and a refreshing sea bath in the beautiful facilities of Villa Wuorio.
Yin yoga costs 30 euros (2 x visit from loyalty card) and the sauna 15 euros (payment is made separately at Villa Wuorio reception, and there must be a minimum of 6 people for the sauna) Payment methods include card, cash, and MobilePay.

Wear comfortable clothes for yoga practise. No need to bring any yoga mats or props, except if you wish to use your own. Bring a swimsuit, and towel, and prepare to let go of the hustle and stress of everyday life.
