DIA Talks #1: The Things Women Are Told to "Just Tolerate"

Women across the world are often expected to silently endure challenges that should never be considered normal.

From online harassment, stalking, and safety concerns to workplace discrimination, societal pressures, emotional burnout, and gender-based biases, many experiences are frequently dismissed with phrases like "that's just how things are" or "just ignore it."

In the very first edition of DIA Talks, we invite participants to join an open, honest, and thought-provoking conversation about the issues women are often expected to normalize. Together, we will explore why these challenges continue to be overlooked, how they impact individuals and communities, and what steps can be taken to create safer, more supportive environments.

This session will also provide insights into available legal protections, support systems, and practical resources that can help individuals understand their rights and seek assistance when needed. Whether you're looking to learn, share experiences, support others, or simply listen, this discussion aims to foster awareness, empathy, and meaningful dialogue.

Let's challenge the culture of silence and move toward a future where respect, safety, and equality are not privileges, but expectations.
