We’re inviting you to our inaugural edition, for the first time on the waters of Long Island, NY, aboard the Sapphire Princess. It will be a networking cocktail event where you can enjoy live ceviche: a selection of different ceviche styles, plus special creations by guest chefs and local restaurants , designed to celebrate one of the greatest prides of our cuisine the way it deserves.

Throughout the cruise, you’ll be able to sample ceviches and drinks while taking in a spectacular sunset, waterfront views, and a truly unique experience. The afternoon wraps up with live music and cultural presentations.
